gxgold Platform Use

1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the gxgold website accessible at https://gxgold.app, including all services, features and content provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the gxgold platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User and used to access gxgold's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's account for use on the platform, excluding bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free funds or promotions given to a User by gxgold subject to the conditions set out.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Any term not specifically defined in this document shall be given its common meaning in the online gambling industry.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use gxgold's services, a User must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the date of registration.
• Not be prohibited or restricted by law in their jurisdiction of residence from participating in online gambling.
• Not already hold an existing gxgold account, whether active or suspended.
• Not be currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any related platform.
• Be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

gxgold reserves the right to request proof of identity, age or residence from any User at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended while the verification process is ongoing.

3. Account Registration

The gxgold account registration process requires Users to provide accurate, complete and current information. Information provided during registration must match valid identification documents such as the Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual — even using a different name, email address or phone number — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in them.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. gxgold will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from the User's own negligence. If a User suspects their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact gxgold customer support immediately via live chat or email.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

gxgold provides a range of deposit methods suited for Malaysian players. All deposits are processed securely through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30. Each deposit must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. Deposits made using a third-party account or an unverified method are prohibited and the funds may be returned or withheld.

• All deposits will be credited to the gxgold account once payment confirmation is received.
• gxgold does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however individual payment service providers may apply their own charges.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are accurate. gxgold is not liable for any delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a gxgold account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is RM50.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment method chosen and the current system load.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account under the same name as the registered gxgold account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed.
• Users must ensure that all wagering requirements for any bonus received have been met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• gxgold reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if the stated conditions are not met or if there are signs of suspicious activity.

If additional identity verification is required before a withdrawal is approved, the gxgold team will contact the User via their registered email or live chat.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

gxgold offers various promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

For the gxgold welcome bonus of 120% up to RM500, the wagering requirement applied is 15 times the bonus amount. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus received RM120 → account balance RM220 → total wagering required is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.
• Deposit RM1,000 → bonus received RM500 → account balance RM1,500 → total wagering required is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

The general conditions for all gxgold bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per User / account / email address / phone number / device / IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another User or converted directly into cash.
• gxgold reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions, including hedging to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Game Rules

gxgold provides a variety of game options including online slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery and table games. Each game category is subject to specific rules available on the relevant game page.

The general rules that apply across all games on the gxgold platform are as follows:

• Game outcomes are determined by a system that is independently certified and tested to ensure fairness and randomness.
• All bets that have been confirmed and processed are final and cannot be voided except in cases of technical error acknowledged by gxgold.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session that prevents the outcome from being determined, gxgold reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the User.
• Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to play is strictly prohibited.

The RTP (Return to Player) value is general information provided by game developers and may vary by game version. This value reflects the average long-term return and is not a guarantee of individual winnings.

8. User Conduct

Users agree to use the gxgold platform responsibly and to comply with all rules set out. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using false information or another person's identity during account registration or verification.
• Carrying out any action that could harm the platform, other players or third parties, including fraud, cybercrime or money laundering.
• Communicating using threatening, abusive or harmful language towards customer support staff or other players.
• Carrying out any activity intended to manipulate or exploit the gxgold system for unfair gain.
• Sharing an account, password or login credentials with another party.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action by gxgold including temporary suspension, permanent account termination and/or legal action where necessary. gxgold's decision in such matters is final.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting gxgold customer support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been completed and any eligible balance will be returned to the User in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

gxgold reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification fails or information provided is found to be false or inaccurate.
• The User is suspected of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• There is a breach of any condition in this Terms and Conditions document.
• A request from the relevant authorities or a valid court order.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, gxgold reserves the right to hold the balance in that account while an investigation is carried out.

10. Limitation of Liability

gxgold provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the usability of the platform, the accuracy of information provided or the uninterrupted continuity of the service.

gxgold will not be liable for:

• Any financial loss suffered by a User as a result of using the platform, including losses in games.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond gxgold's control.
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's own negligence.
• Decisions or actions taken by a User based on information found on the gxgold platform.

In all circumstances, the maximum limit of gxgold's liability to any User shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that User in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11. Personal Data Protection

gxgold is committed to protecting the personal information of every User in accordance with industry best practices and the international licensing requirements it complies with. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing and service improvement.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

gxgold reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments made will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.

Notice of significant changes will be communicated to Users via their registered email or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform. Continued use of the gxgold platform after any such amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms by the User.

Users are advised to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest conditions governing the use of the gxgold platform. If a User does not agree with any amendment, they should stop using the platform and close their account immediately.

This Terms and Conditions document is governed by the laws and international licensing regulations set by the relevant regulatory body.
